The Business Case:
Average Results: 5-7 hours saved per employee per week
For a 20-person team: 100 hours/week = 2.5 FTE capacity gained
Annual productivity value: $100,000-$125,000+
ROI: 500-600%+ in Year 1
Is Your Organization Ready?
This Is For Organizations That:
Have 15+ employees (ROI scales with team size)
Want real results
Have committed leadership willing to actually implement vs. explore
Want to be ahead of competitors, not catching up in 2027
Value strategic thinking, not just tool training
This Is NOT For Organizations That:
Want an AI tutorial
Aren't ready to change how they work
Need to think about it for 6 months
Are looking for the cheapest option
52 Transformations is for leaders who are serious about the future of work,
Why GIAH?
GIAH was founded by AI practitioner, futurist, and optimization expert, Liz. B. Baker.
Liz isn’t a theorist. She’s a seasoned professional who spent 20+ years optimizing processes and digital tools for Fortune 500 (Verizon, TIAA-CREF, MeadWestvaco). She’s a founding board member of AI Ready RVA, former Executive Director of the Working Assembly of Government Employees, and has served on multiple boards of directors. A leader or leaders, she has advised and inspired businesses, non-profits, and start-ups in over a dozen industries and sectors.
In 2022-23, Liz initiated a journey to visit 52 nonprofits in 52 weeks to gather intel on what makes organizations thrive or die. That journey taught her that transformation patterns emerge through sustained, diverse engagement.
Now, she’s applying that same methodology in the AI era.
The 52-Week Methodology
Transformation insights don't come from theory. They come from immersion.
By documenting 52 transformations across industries, sizes, and sectors in 2026, we’ll identify what actually works when organizations adopt AI, not what consultants think should work.
The Global Institute for AI & Humanity was founded to study AI's impact on how we work and live. 52 Transformations is our inaugural research project.
